The Battle For Women

A woman, one of the most beautiful creations that God has made. And probably the closest representation on earth to the image of God. Only a woman can create life as God does, and a woman feels and senses things deeply as the Holy Spirit does, and women selflessly sacrifice as Jesus did. We are the most authentic representation of the Trinity in all of God’s amazing creations! 

The devil’s plan is to destroy God’s people, and to eliminate anything which represents God on the earth! If women are the closest representation to experiencing the trinity, then naturally we are a prime target!

Look at the ways the world has degraded and exploited women. How their power has been reduced to nothing and their beauty exploited for the pleasure of others. How they’ve been made to feel worthless, insecure, and invisible while the truth inside of them is that they are WORTHY, STRONG, and POWERFUL!

A woman secure in her own identity in Christ is a force to be reckoned with in the supernatural! A woman secure in who she is created to be is a threat against evil, and a woman confident in her authority in Christ is a woman the devil will fear – because then he’s dealing with someone just like JESUS!

As I have been preparing for the workshop, the battle for the lives of women has been in the forefront of my mind. Probably more for this workshop than any other.

When I stepped out into ministry full time, and Remade Ministries was launched, I had an encounter with something very evil. One morning while praying for the ministry and the women it would touch, I clearly heard —  You may help save and restore women, but you won’t be able to help your own daughter, I will destroy her. — I immediately pled the blood of Jesus over her life and declared that she IS God’s and His alone! Today and every day, I war for her life and future. However, every time I step out to minister that encounter torments me.

Our daughter Kaitlyn, like so many other woman, has a purpose and call of God on her life. The devil has been attempting to take her out ever since she was born. Life raising her hasn’t been easy whether it be with her health or with social and emotional issues. The past 18 years have pushed us as parents to the very edge of our faith. We continually find ourselves clinging to God and what He’s promised for her in spite of what we see.

As I prepare for this workshop, I am all too aware that my very own baby girl needs to hear the words I will be speaking to hundreds of women in just a few short days. I pray she will be in the audience. I prepare every word with a passion that she, and hundreds of other just like her, will be sitting in that audience on September 14th. I am gripped with the reality that I get one shot to get this message out. A message declaring who these women really are, and I get one moment to help open their eyes to the lies they’ve been told. On September 14th I will be speaking to each and every woman as though they are my very own daughters!

Ladies, I love you, I am passionate about your lives, and about how God feels about you! You are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God and there is not another like you! Don’t buy into the lies you hear and see… You are made with purpose and in the direct imagine of God! Stand together, encourage one another, and make sure you’ve got a sister’s back! We are stronger together than we are apart!
